Our client, Right Bite, is a company specialising in healthy, nutritious foods based in Dubai and founded in 2004. They currently describe themselves as, “a specialised centre for expert nutritional consultation and bespoke gourmet healthy meal delivery service”. Their mission is to educate about healthy eating, and they pride themselves on providing a well-rounded service that includes educating, advising and supporting customers to facilitate healthy living.

CompuCash have over 25 years of experience working with retailers. Providing POS and ERP systems to businesses around the world. Sometimes it’s necessary to be firm with a client. The Right Bite team had their ways of doing things and wanted to transfer these ways to our platform, unfortunately we had to put our foot down, as we knew this approach was not in the best interests of the company and would be an inefficient use of our solution. Initially surprised, they soon appreciated our direct approach when the results began to show.

Injecting efficiency without shaking the foundation

Collecting the data is just the start, translating that data into an efficiency plan is the real challenge. Handing this client a digital barcode-based supply chain solution that not only eliminated all manual product ordering, but also slashed an hour off the average working time of the cashier, demonstrated how valuable our involvement was to their overall efficiency; their ordering commitments reduced to the scanning of several barcodes, a two minute job. We also moved their inventory away from manually entered email records.

Additional to these time saving changes to the client’s working processes, they were provided with our cutting-edge POS system. Based on a high-speed premium 13” tablet, fully mobile and with speed-optimised software, it helps put industry-leading hardware and software where it’s needed the most: in front of the customer.
